Essential — $349/year

Perfect for homeowners who want the basics covered. Includes one annual driveway and walkway cleaning plus one house exterior soft wash. That's two full-service visits per year, scheduled at your convenience, at a locked-in member price.

Standard — $89/month (billed annually)

Our most popular plan. Adds roof soft washing to the Essential package, giving you complete exterior coverage — the three surfaces that matter most for curb appeal and property value. Roof cleaning alone typically runs $250–$400 as a one-off service. As a Standard member, it's included.

Premium — $139/month (billed annually)

Full-service annual coverage. Everything in Standard, plus deck/patio cleaning, fence cleaning, and screen enclosure cleaning. If you want your entire exterior maintained on a schedule, this is the plan.

Can I add services to my plan? Yes. Any service not included in your tier can be added at the member discount rate (10% off standard pricing).

What if I need to reschedule? No problem. We ask for 48 hours' notice to reschedule, and there's no fee for rescheduling within your membership year.

Is there a contract? No long-term contract. Your membership renews annually. You can cancel before your renewal date with no penalty.
